I am trying to obtain a visa for my daughter and myself to enter India (Goa) for two weeks from 08/01/2022 (landing in Goa) until 21/01/2022 (depart Goa) for a family wedding. I applied many months ago, it was stated to apply and then pay for which I did, however, at the time tourist visas were not being issued for uk citizens, i was informed to review on 10th October 2021, which was changed to 15th November 2021, now it has changed again to 1st December 2021. I have tried to apply for a paper visa, for which I have the temporary id numbers, but no explanation of how to move this forward. Can you please provide assistance?
I have recently renewed my British passport. I also had an OCI Card. But I came to know that I need to renew my OCI Card as well when renewing my passport. But unfortunately, I haven't yet renewed the OCI card. Please advise me, can I use the same OCI card or do I need to apply for an emergency visa to go to India to attend the funeral of my father. Waiting for your reply.
